NHL Free NHL Western Conference Finals Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 6/2/22 June 2, 2022 Jeff Curry-USA TODAY Sports NHL Free NHL Western Conference Finals Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 6/2/22 June 2, 2022 By: Mike Halterman email Share: share on facebook share on twitter share on linkedin email this article Last night in New York, behind 2 goals from Filip Chytil, and a goal and assist from Mika Zibanejad, the Rangers clobbered the defending champion Lightning, 6-2 in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Lightning were coming off a 9 day layoff and might have been rusty, but the Rangers continued their hot streak and now have outscored their opponents 17-6 in the last three games. Meanwhile, in the West, will we have another shootout at the OK Corral tonight? All indications point towards a definite possibility. We cashed our Best Bet yesterday as we went with the Rangers over Tampa Bay in Game 1 of their series. Our Best Bet of the Day record is now 62-46 in 2022. We went 1-0 betting the MoneyLine and our overall record is now 380-215 since the All-Star break. Let’s take a closer look at tonight’s game between Edmonton and Colorado and see what Vegas is thinking. *PAPA DUDES BEST BET OF THE DAY* Edmonton at Colorado: Colorado leads the series 1-0: These two teams meet again tonight for Game 2, after Colorado won the first game by an unbelievable 8-6 score. Both teams pulled their goalies in the 2nd period. Edmonton goalie, Mike Smith, gave up 6 goals on 25 shots and was replaced by Mikko Koskinen who was solid the rest of the way. I would look for him to get the nod for the Oilers tonight. Colorado starting goalie, Darcy Kuemper was taken out after allowing 3 goals on only 16 shots. His replacement, Pavel Francouz, wasn’t much better as he gave up 3 goals on 21 shots. The two teams had a total of 84 shots and 13 different players scored a goal, in what was an amazing playoff game. One would think that the game tonight would be played at a slower pace and would have more hitting and tight-checking. But, I think there will still be plenty of goals scored with the firepower both teams possess on the ice. Of the two teams, Colorado has the capability to play the better defense and the stats bear that out. They are tough to handle at home and I’m sticking with them in this one. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Bet the MoneyLine on Colorado -175 2-GAME PARLAY: Leg 1: Edmonton at Colorado: Bet the MoneyLine on Colorado -175 Leg 2: Edmonton at Colorado: Bet UNDER 7 goals. Leg 3: Boston at Golden State (-3.5): Bet Golden State -3.5 Bet $15 for a Payout of $60.55
