Search Results’ win followed similar triumphs at Gulfstream Park on debut and the Busher Invitational Stakes over the local sod. The daughter of Flatter, purchased for $310,000 as a yearling, has now earned $299,000.

“I was relieved to see that she could handle the mile and 1/8,” Brown said. “We were cautiously optimistic, but you always have to see them do it first to be sure.”

Search Results returned $2.80 to win, $2.30 to place, and $2.10 to show. Maracuja brought back $6.50 to place and $3.40 to show. Army Wife paid $3.60 to show.
