Understanding Ricky’s Rockets 🚀

Many of you have been extremely important to the growth of Ricky’s Rockets 🚀 over the past year, but some may not have a clue as to what they are. Others consistently read my articles (FREE every Thursday-Sunday) but haven’t had the opportunity to see the full product. I’m here to explain what the product is all about and how I like to handicap races.

THIS IS A SEPARATE PRODUCT

There are many different products on the Racing Dudes website, and Ricky’s Rockets 🚀 is just one of them. The Racing Dudes cover every track, every day, and do a great job of it! I don’t have the opportunity to do that, so I try to focus on what I feel are the three biggest tracks running that day. These may include Gulfstream Park, Churchill Downs, Saratoga, Del Mar, and Santa Anita Park, but I also cover smaller tracks on their big days, or when they have large carryover pools.

One of the biggest reasons I’ve been successful is the versatility of my product. There are separate sections for different ideas including Top 4 Consensus picks, grids with my recommended multi-race suggestions, and a brief paragraph as to why I’m leaning on or off certain horses.

One of the biggest things to consider about my handicapping style is that more likely than not, I’m going to lose on any specific day. Pick 4s, Pick 5s, and Pick 6s are extremely difficult to cash on a daily basis, but I understand that going in and you should, too.

The positive to this structure is that I only need one massive day to make up for it all. The object is to make money every day, but that simply won’t happen. This concept played out best when I swept every Pick 4 and Pick 5 on Belmont Stakes Day in early June!

I give out recommended plays and suggestions based on the extensive amount of replays that I watch and research that I do. Having said that, due to the size of my own personal bankroll, I don’t play every ticket. The product itself is broken down into three sections. The first section is a Race Preview, where I describe how I see the race playing out or if there are horses we should rely on or avoid. This tells you how confident I am in that race or if it feels a little more wide open.

The next section contains the multi-race grids/tickets that I think have a strong chance of hitting. Most Pick 4s and Pick 5s have 50¢ base wagers, but the Pick 6s vary from 20¢ to $1. I tend to stay close to the base wagers, but I occasionally play a ticket for a higher amount depending on my confidence, or if it feels chalky and I want to maximize my profit.

Lastly, I include a Top 4 Consensus grid that identifies the most likely horses I think will win. Some people get confused and treat the Consensus picks like Exacta, Trifecta, and Superfecta picks, but since I like to play multi-race wagers, I use the grid differently.

MULTI-RACE VS. RACE-BY-RACE WAGERS

I try to get the BIG score and hit multi-race wagers because I’ve found this works best for me, but the Race Previews and the Top 4 Consensus grids allow anyone to utilize this product how they see fit. This product is unlike any other due to the in-depth detail I provide.
