Analysis: Yet another Breeders Cup Juvenile runner that looks to have a huge future. Carpe Diem actually beat Upstart in that before mentioned race, however I give Upstart the advantage as of now because Carpe Diem has still not been mentioned for a race yet in 2015. The son of Giant’s Causeway should have every right to be salty going long, but his timetable will be tricky if they only give him two prep races. Todd Pletcher’s struggles in the Kentucky Derby have been well documented, but this horse gives him a real shot.
