Free Picks: NBA Best bets of the Day and Money Line Selections 1/15/22

For the first time all week, both of our Best Bets cashed. The 76ers easily covered against the Knicks, but the Miami Heat made us sweat to the wire, before finally knocking off the Hawks to make us a winner. Those two correct picks improved our Best Bets of the Day record to 8-11. The goal now is to get my record evened up by this time Monday morning. We went 5-4 on the Money Line upping our total to 29-20. Let’s see how frustrated we can get with tonight’s slate of games.

New York Knicks 21-21 at Atlanta Hawks 17-24 (-2.5) : The Hawks are really struggling and let a game they had won slip away 24 hours ago in Miami. Can they bounce back that quick and get ready to face a rested New York team, especially after such a tough loss? The Knicks have won three in a row and 4 of their last 5 and are moving up in the playoff chase. I’m going on a hunch that they are going to be able to knock off a Hawks’ team that is tired and flat. But my confidence level is a lukewarm 6.
