Free NHL Eastern Conference Playoff, Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 5/24/22

Last night in the Eastern Conference, the Tampa Bay Lightning completed the sweep of Florida, shutting them out 2-0. They will take some time off and await the winner of the Carolina-NewYork series, which from all indications, looks like it is going to be awhile before a winner is crowned. Florida’s inability to score is one of the mysteries of the postseason so far. Tonight, we have the Rangers trying to even up their series with Carolina at 2-2. They are coming off a 2-0 win on Sunday and this one should be a close game.

In low scoring games like this, between two good teams, it is so hard to predict who is going to get the lucky bounce and who is not. And, a lot of times that is what it comes down too. The only thing we know for sure is Carolina has won all six of their games at home and have lost all 4 of their games on the road. That’s not much to go by, but it is least something to analyze. Vegas sees this as a total toss-up as well. I like the Rangers to step up, and behind the hot goaltending of Igor Shesterkin, even up this series.
