Free NHL Eastern Conference Finals Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 6/3/22

Last night in Denver, the Avalanche shut down the high-flying Oilers and shut them out 4-0. They head up to Alberta with a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals. Pavel Francouz started in goal replacing injured Darcy Kuemper and stopped all 24 shots he faced. Colorado scored three goals in the 3rd period and flexed their defensive muscle for the remainder of the game. Tonight, Tampa Bay tries to bounce back and even up their series with the Rangers. This should be a good one.

We cashed our Best Bet yesterday as we went with the Avalanche over the Oilers and Colorado came through. Our Best Bet of the Day record is now 63-46 in 2022.

We went 1-0 betting the MoneyLine and our overall record is now 381-215 since the All-Star break.

Let’s take a closer look at tonight’s game between the Lightning and the Rangers and see what Vegas is thinking.

*PAPA DUDES BEST BET OF THE DAY* Tampa Bay at New York: New York leads the series 1-0: These two teams meet again tonight for Game 2, after New York jumped all over the Lightning 6-2 to open the series. With the game tied 2-2 in the 2nd period, Filip Chytil scored two straight goals to put the Rangers ahead to stay. Chris Kreider scored his 9th goal of the postseason and Mika Zibanejad also added a goal and an assist as well. Goaltender, Igor Shesterkin saved 37 shots and outplayed All-Star Andrei Vasilevskiy in Game 1. Meanwhile, the Lightning looked a little rusty after their long layoff and allowed 4 straight Ranger goals to finish the game on a bad note. Tonight, we can look for a more intense effort from Vasilevskiy as well as his teammates in a game that Tampa Bay really needs. The Rangers have scored 17 goals in their last three playoff games and are showing balanced scoring up and down the lineup, so the Lightning are going to have to get off to a good start. Tonight, we are going to find out how good New York is. I took the Rangers in Game 1 because I felt like the Tampa would struggle after their break. I’m looking for a much better effort tonight.
