#6 City Man is back against state bred company today after running well against the top horses in this country on the turf. This is a major drop down in class. #4 Dakota Gold also gets class relief today after running well against open company in his last few starts.

Race 9: Commentator Stakes

#1 Dr Ardito returns to state bred company today after running fifth in a Grade 3 event over this track in his last start. #3 Sheriff Bianco always can be counted on for a solid effort any time he starts on the NYRA circuit. He will be competitive today at a nice price.

Race 10: Maiden Special Weight

#11 Launch Control gets back to the turf for this race today, which should leave to an improved effort. #2 Utamaro is set to debut in this spot today for Linda Rice, which is usually dangerous. Ortiz jumps aboard as well, which is a good sign. We will also use #12 Factually Correct on the ticket.
