Race 7: Starter Allowance

#5 Jackman won against allowance runners two starts back before finishing second at this level and distance in his last start. #1 Alexandros was a winner at this level last time out; however, he runs today off of a long layoff, which is a question mark.

Race 8: Allowance Optional Claiming

#5 Boss Lady Bailey gets major class relief today after taking on stakes runners last time out in the Honeybee over this track. #6 Corningstone runs second off the layoff today after a poor effort last time out at this class level. She should improve in this spot.

Race 9: Allowance Optional Claiming

#3 Great Escape has hit the board in three straight races similar to what he will face in this spot today. He should be the one they all have to catch in this spot. #4 Alejandro was third behind our top choice in his last start. He can be counted on to show up with a solid effort at this level.

Race 10: Maiden Claiming

#2 Improverished was close in his first two starts for Steve Asmussen. He’ll give it another try today against a field he can beat. #6 Dancin Rocket has hit the board in four straight races this year at Oaklawn Park. Today should be more of the same for him.
