Race 7: Allowance

#2 Breadman is a consistent runner who finds a field today that he can beat. He also runs best on the turf, which is where they have him entered today. #5 Rally Squirrel was close at this level last time and should be competitive once again today.

Race 8: Allowance Optional Claiming

#2 Highly Motivated runs second off of the layoff today, which should lead to an improved effort. This is easily the class of the field. #9 Stage Raider seems to be running back into form after an improved effort last time out. His third race off of the layoff could make him tough to beat today.

Race 9: Soaring Softly Stakes (G3)

#9 Derrynane was a close fourth in the Breeders Cup Juvenile Sprint last year and started off this year with a narrow loss against stakes company. #12 Chardy Party was a nice winner on debut last time out and looks ready to jump up to stakes company today.

Race 10: Maiden Claiming

#4 Eminency will give the turf a try today, while also dropping down in class, which should help his chances. #6 Two Down was a solid third at this level last time out in his debut race. Look for him to move forward off of that effort today.
