Race 8: Allowance

#6 Candle nearly won at this level going a mile last time out. The cut back in distance should help her get the job done today. #7 Shootoutthelights drops down to the allowance company today after trying a tough stakes races last time out at Churchill Downs.

Race 9: Allowance Optional Claiming

#3 Guns N’ Graces finds a big of an easier spot today, which should help her chances for trainer Chad Brown. #7 Sunset Louise goes for two in a row in this spot after taking a New York bred allowance field gate to wire with ease last time out. We will also use #10 Sacred Wish on the ticket.

Race 10: Maiden Special Weight

#10 Echo in Eternity was a solid fourth at this level last time out in her debut race at Aqueduct. She should move forward off of that effort. #1 Shaman Princess should run better today if she gets a fast track. Her races over a sloppy track have not been good to say the least.
