Race 8: Allowance Optional Claiming

#3 Baby Yoda runs second off of the layoff in this spot, while also getting some solid class relief after taking on stakes horses last time out. #2 Nakatomi will also get a nice drop down in class for this one after four straight attempts against stakes company.

Race 9: Quick Call Stakes (G3)

#10 Gaslight Dancer has run well in two straight races similar to this one and should get the pace set up needed to make a big run down the lane. #4 Dr Oseran gets Prat aboard today, which should help his chances, while he usually shows up with a solid effort.

Race 10: Maiden Claiming

#8 She’s a Nine gets major class relief in this spot after back to back races against maiden special weight runners. #1 Northway will move back to the dirt today, which looks to be her best surface, while also dropping down in class. We will also use #10 Strange Fruit on the ticket.
