#3 Tapit’s Starlet is a first time starter with Irad Ortiz Jr. aboard, which is a good sign this horse can run. #7 Urgence has experience and should like the cut back in distance to six furlongs in this spot.

Race 9: Starter Optional Claiming

#2 Walks Like a Lady was a solid winner when moving to this surface last time out. #4 St. Pat’s Day has won two in a row over this surface and at this class level.

Race 10: Maiden Special Weight

#1 Boltoro has found a bit of an easier field today compared to what she has been facing. #5 Lady Emily Kathryn was a neck away from winning at this level last time out. We will also use #2 I’m a Sure Thing on the ticket.
