Race 5: Starter Optional Claiming

#6 Roan Mountain drops down to the starter allowance ranks today after taking on open allowance horses in his last start over this track. #1 Ghost Stalker runs first off of the claim for a solid trainer today, while the horse was a close second last time out against lower level horses.

Race 6: Allowance

#10 Saffron Moon returns from a layoff today, but is easily the best horse in the race, while Chad Brown is pretty good with getting horses ready to run off of the bench. #4 Anador has run second in back to back races against similar horses at Aqueduct and Tampa Bay Downs.

Race 7: Maiden Special Weight

#4 Silver Style has hit the board in four straight races coming into this start. The cut back in distance should help his chances today. #5 Bank Frenzy moves over to the dirt today after a solid second place effort over the synthetic surface at Gulftstream Park in his first start.

Race 8: Allowance

#4 Pirate Parade is a bit inconsistent; however, his best race is good enough to beat this group at a decent price today. #8 Justinimeorwine goes for two in a row in this spot after dominating claiming horses last time out. He looks ready for this move up in class today.
