Race 6: Starter Optional Claiming

#1 Rose E Holiday is easily the horse to beat in this race now that all the scratches have happened. This one should be easy. #5 It Can is the one to play underneath the top choice.

Race 7: Allowance Optional Claiming

#9 White Frost returns from a layoff today, but Mott usually has them ready to run, while she is the classy horse in the race. Two starts back she nearly won a stakes race at Aqueduct. #3 Paris Peakcock was sixth in her United States debut last time out at Keeneland in a Grade 1 race. This company is much more manageable.

Race 8: Allowance

#3 Hoax was a solid second last time out when running over this surface against open allowance runners. She drops down to Florida bred runners today, which should help her chances. #6 Alternate Rock will try the synthetic surface today after back to back lackluster efforts over the dirt.

Race 9: Maiden Optional Claiming

#3 Planet Frolic debuts in this spot for Saffie Joseph, Jr. who is having another solid Gulfstream Park meet with first time starters. #9 Evie Does It will get on the turf today after getting rained off of the surface last time out. Her pedigree suggests she could improve on the turf.
