Rocket Picks 🚀: Belmont Park, Keeneland, and Gulfstream Park Picks for October 28, 2021

We are now less than two weeks away from the Breeders’ Cup! The free Rockets 🚀 returns to Gulfstream Park on Thursday afternoon! We’ll try to spread in three of the legs, with a single in the other, in hopes of cashing in on a nice score. The sequence features several races over the new synthetic surface at Gulfstream.

Below is our free Late Pick 4 for Gulfstream Park:

Race 5: Maiden Claiming

#1 Raw Honey will give the synthetic surface a try today, while also taking a drop in class. Her pedigree suggests she will handle the distance well. #2 Ala Turka also moves to the synthetic surface after a couple of close efforts on the dirt.

Race 6: Claiming

#2 King Cairo has been running consistent races at this level. He also runs for a new barn today, which could lead to improvement. #1 Seazan takes a class drop today after failing to run well against tougher company in his last two starts. This race should lead to better results.

Race 7: Allowance Optional Claiming

#3 Full Disclosure will move to the synthetic surface today after a solid win on debut over the dirt course. His pedigree suggests he will take to this surface as well. #1 Barone Cesco also debuts on the synthetic surface after a couple of decent efforts on turf. Usually that form transfers well to the synthetic.

Race 8: Starter Allowance

#2 Max K. O. looks like the logical single in the late Pick 4 and Pick 5 sequence. This is his first start on the synthetic; however, his turf races are also solid, which should translate to the turf. #5 Louder Than Bombs has solid synthetic form that could help him in this spot.
