Race 7: Claiming

#1 Home for Christmas gets some solid class relief today after running fifth in two straight allowance races on this circuit. #9 Stella Mars also will class relief in this spot, while making her second start off of a layoff. She should improve today.

Race 8: New York Stallion Stakes

#9 Stolen Future was a head away from winning a tough allowance race last time out over this track. She should fit in well with this group today. #3 Midtown Lights gets back to the turf today, which could lead to an improved effort. We will also use #8 Les Bon Temps on the ticket.

Race 9: Maiden Claiming

#1 Alibi Ike moves back to the dirt for this race, while also taking a big drop down in class. We should see a much better effort from him today. #7 Bold Honor set the pace going long last time out at this class level and should have a better chance to hang on today with the cut back in distance.
