Race 7: Claiming

#3 Volkert was a close third last time out at this level and looks to match up pretty well with this group today. #2 Foliage should run better today in his second start for Joe Sharp after running poorly at this level last time out over this track.

Race 8: Allowance

#6 Cupid’s Heart returns today off of a layoff; however, she has the talent to win here if she is ready to fire. #1 To a T should run better today with a cut back in distance. Her one-turn races are good enough to compete with the group.

Race 9: Maiden Special Weight

#6 Chulligan moves over to the turf today after back to back poor efforts over the dirt. Clement is solid with this angle. #12 Stow on the Wold was a close fourth at this level last time out over this track. The cut back in distance should help his chances. We will also use #3 Gossiping Pando on the ticket.
