Race 7: Allowance

#3 You’re My Girl returns from a layoff today after running well last year in tougher race than what she will face in this spot. #7 I’mhavingamoment returns to the dirt today after back to back poor efforts over the turf. The dirt seems to be her best surface.

Race 8: Starter Allowance

#6 Kannon Fire goes for two in a row in this spot after winning a high claiming race over this track in her last start. #10 Dontmesswithtess was a solid fourth in a similar race to this one last time out. The cut back in distance will also help her chances. We will also use #1 Cumberland Falls on the ticket.

Race 9: Maiden Claiming

#6 Bold Honor was third at this level last time out, while running first off of the claim today for Atras, who will likely improve the horse. #5 Chess Spectacular gets back to the dirt today, which looks to be where we will see the horse at his best.
