#1 Musical America takes a slight drop down in class for this race after running fairly well against tougher company in his last few starts. #7 Hammerin Aamer has won two straight against softer company leading up to this race. His speed figures suggest he can compete well with this group.

Race 8: Garland of Roses Stakes

#7 Song River will look for her third straight win after two impressive allowance scores in a row. She is ready to take on stakes company. #6 Sadie Lady has won tougher stakes races than this in the past, and should have a big shot to do it again today.

Race 9: Claiming

#14 Donnybrook Girl moves way down in class for this race after a poor effort last time out. This is the level where she belongs. #3 Hey Its Tati can win this race with improvement today when running second off of the claim for her new trainer.
