Race 10: Belmont Derby (G1)

#6 Silver Knott gets another shot today after running third in the local prep race for this one. He should enjoy the stretch out in distance. #5 Far Bridge also should enjoy the stretch out in distance, while becoming one of the more consistent turf runners in the country.

Race 11: Victory Ride Stakes (G3)

#8 Red Carpet Ready is ultra-tough when running at distances of 7 furlongs or less. She draws a perfect outside post for this race as well. #5 Maple Leaf Mel showed up with a huge race last time out at Pimlico, while that type of effort will make her tough again today.

Race 12: Maiden Claiming

#1 Screw Loose gets class relief today after running in a tough maiden special weight in his last start. #2 Blue Plate Special moves over to the turf today for the first time, which should help his chances. He also gets class relief in this spot as well. We will also use #5 Kern River on the ticket.
