A new week of racing is back at the Big A after a few days away from the track. There is one maiden special weight (MSW) race that I’ve previewed for the day. Will Chad Brown win the race with one of his two debutants, or will another runner have something to say about it?

Race 5: $68,000 MSW for 3-year-olds going 6 furlongs on the dirt
Chad Brown has only had 18 runners at the Aqueduct winter meet but has finished in the money 56% of the time. He has a good chance to improve on that number with #5 Fevola. The 3-year-old by Midnight Lute spent the end of 2019 training down at the Palm Meadows training center. Chad Brown has waited long enough to unleash his 3-year-old and is a great candidate to win in his first career start.
