Race 8: Allowance

#6 Royal Spirit goes for two in a row today after a nice victory over this track last time out. The stretch out in distance should help him today as well. #4 Fighter in the Win will be the one they all have to run down in this spot. He set the pace in a similar race last time out before fading to fourth.

Race 9: Allowance Optional Claiming

#2 Gerrymander gets a nice drop down in class for this race after running in graded stakes company in her last six starts. She needs a confidence booster in this spot. #1 Venti Valentine makes her second start off of the layoff in this spot, which should lead to a much improved effort from her.

Race 10: Maiden Claiming

#3 Dance With Me Babe was a head away from breaking her maiden last time out in a similar race. Look for her to get out to the lead early in this race. #12 Linarite has been close at this class level in her last two starts. We will also use #2 Pauciloquent on the ticket.
