Rocket Picks 🚀: Belmont at the Big A, Santa Anita Park, and Keeneland for October 22, 2022

Race 7: Maiden Special Weight

#7 Mackinnon moves to the Chad Brown barn after running out in Southern California for all of his career up to this point. It will be interesting to see what Brown can do with this talented runners. #10 Limited Liability was a solid third last time out in a tough race that looked similar to what he will be facing today.

Race 8: Claiming

#9 Dees Speedstre gets major class relief today after a poor effort last time out at Saratoga. He also runs for the Abreu barn for the first time today. #1 Destin Hoofman was solid in his debut race over this track, finishing fourth, but only losing by a neck. He should move forward off of that effort.

Race 9: Allowance

#2 Steady On looks to make it two in a row today after a nice gate to wire score over this track last time out against maiden special weight runners. #7 Internal Capital also will look for two straight victories today after dominating maiden special weight runners last time out at Monmouth Park.

Race 10: Maiden Claiming

#3 Deep Cover moves to a new barn today after nearly winning at this level last time out at Saratoga. He usually is competitive at this level. #8 Yarrow won two straight starts before a close loss last time out to a couple of runners that are also in this race. Look for him to bounce back and be competitive once again today.
