Race 7: Maiden Special Weight

#5 Aswan will debut in this spot for Brad Cox, with Flavien Prat aboard, which is a great sign. This horse has been working well leading up to his debut today. #8 Cynwyd was close to winning on debut, losing by a nose over the synthetic surface. If he takes to the surface he will be tough in this spot.

Race 8: Bewitch Stakes (G3)

#4 War Like Goddess is back today after a nearly flawless campaign last season. Her last race might have been her most impressive yet, even though she lost, when she was a close third in the Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Turf. She should be super tough to beat in this spot today.

Race 9: Allowance Optional Claiming

#7 Canadian Pride takes a class drop for this race after taking on graded stakes company last time out. Two starts back he defeated allowance runners at Santa Anita. #5 Kneedeepinsnow has had a couple of rough recent trips, but drops down in class today, which should help his chances.

Race 10: Allowance

#6 Durante ran well over the turf last time out, and should improve in his second start today, while also taking a drop down in class. #7 Tallahatchiebridge will look to make it two in a row after a nice maiden special weight score over the turf at Gulfstream Park last time out.
