It’s a ‘Super Saturday’ at Flemington this weekend with some spectacular racing on offer, there is an absolutely thrilling program of racing with the feature races including the $1500000 Group 1 TAB Australian Cup over 2000m and the $1500000 Yulong Stud Newmarket Handicap over 1200m, which has had some very illustrious middle distance winners over the years.

Race 6: Newmarket Handicap 
A big field for big prize money and we go for #2 Home Affairs a winner in their last two races and obviously in great form, a winner here at Flemington last time out and very impressive when doing so.  We have #3Lost And Running as a close second after winning their last two races and has won twice over distance from 4 races.

Race 7: Australian Cup
Another big field and again prize money of $1500000 this brings out the big guns and we have gone for #2 Think It Over is taken to come out on top here, this is his distance after winning their last three at 2000m.  #1 Cascadian has finished second and third in their last two at Flemington and may have to settle for one of the places again this time around.

Race 8: Shaftesbury Avenue 
Racing over 1400m we have been looking at #3 Kissonallforcheeks has been running well at Ascot and has been in the top three in their last four races, they are three from five at 1400m and is taken to beat #9 Chaillot who is another that loves the 1400metres and has been a constant track and distance winner at Flemington in the past.

Race 9: Cirka Plate
In the finale we have picked #5 Cardigan Queen a close second last time at Flemington and a better start may well of seen them win that race, #8 Linas Legend struggled last time at Flemington but previous to that, they were very consistent and a chance is taken that they do well here.
