We cashed another Best Bet, as Cleveland covered a 6-point spread easily and knocked off the Spurs 105-92. After a horrible 5-10 beginning in 2022, we have rallied and our Best Bet of the Day record continues to climb and stands at 32-17.

Betting the Money Line was perking along as we hit the first 3 games of the night. But the late games were a disaster and we missed all of them to go 3-3 for the evening. Our record stands at 167-75 for 2022.

Papa Dudes Best Bet for the NBA Today

Miami 35-20 (-4) at New Orleans 22-32: By now, my followers should know that Miami is one of my go-to teams, and tonight they take on the much improved New Orleans Pelicans. The Pelicans started off the year losing 14 of their first 16 games, and since then have played around .500 basketball. They are on a 4-game winning streak but the wins have come against mostly bad teams.They concern me in this game; but the spread is small enough for me to have confidence in the Heat, who are battling the Bucks for the top seed in the East, and should be ready to play in this one.

Leg 1: Brooklyn at Washington (-3) : Bet the MoneyLine on Brooklyn +125. Both teams suck. Maybe the Wizards will suck the most.

Leg 2: Miami (-4) at New Orleans: Bet the MoneyLine on the Heat -200 Miami is usually dependable.

Leg 3: Milwaukee at Phoenix (-4): Bet the Under 232.5 (-110) This is a rematch of the NBA finals from last year. There will be added intensity and might be a lower scoring game.
