The Gomper has Fappiano in his 3rd Generation. Fappiano sired the 1990 Kentucky Derby winner Unbridled.
In the Gomper’s 3rd generation is the filly Sefas Beauty. Sefas Beauty was a winner of the Oaklawn Park’s prestigious Apple Blossom Handicap. It appears that distance was not a problem for her.
One more generation back in his pedigree the Gomper has two of the most prominent names in classic winners of recent decades: Bold Ruler and Mr. Prospector

NASRULLAH – The sire of many great horses including the legendary Nashua. In 1955 Nashua won the Preakness and Belmont Stakes, was 2nd in the Kentucky Derby to Swaps and than beat Swaps in an iconic match race which wound up winning him 1955 Horse of the Year honors.
