Week 6 is going to be hard to beat for great games. We went 24-8 and are now 165-47 (78%) after six weeks into the season. We hit the upset special last week as Nebraska beat the spread against Michigan and our record is now 6-1 in that category. Here are our win predictions in week 7 for the Top-25 and other interesting matchups. Keep in mind, these are straight up wins not involving the point spreads.
No.1 Georgia 35 No.9 Kentucky 10. Bulldogs take down the Wildcats and keep rolling.
No.2 Iowa 24 at Purdue 14 The Hawkeyes better be ready and not be overlooking the Boilermakers.
No.3 Alabama 40 Mississippi State 17 The Crimson Tide bounce back against the Bulldogs.
No.4 Cincinnati 42 UCF 17 Bearcats remain undefeated as they continue to stay in the playoff picture.
No.5 Oklahoma 38 TCU 28 Sooners keep winning close games and stay undefeated.
No.11 Oregon 45 California 14 The Ducks should have an easy one against the Bears.
Texas 31 No.12 Oklahoma State 27 The Cowboys are ranked twelfth and are underdogs against unranked Texas. Go figure.
No.13 Florida 24 LSU 20 Gators eke out a win over the Tigers.
No.14 Ole Miss 38 Tennessee 27 The Rebels win against an improving Volunteers’ team.
No.15 Michigan State 24 Indiana 21 Spartans have Michigan next week in the biggest game for them in a long time. I’m very tempted to take the Hoosiers in this one.
No.16 BYU 27 Baylor 24 *Papa Dude Upset Special of the Week* Baylor is favored by 6.5-points in this one.
No.20 Arkansas 37 No.19 Auburn 31 This is a game between two teams who are 4-2. The winner can still be in line for a very good season.
No.22 Clemson 23 Syracuse 21 The Tigers eke out another one.
Utah 24 No.23 Arizona State 22 *Upset Special No. 2* The Utes take down one of the Pac-12’s best teams.
No.24 NC State 21 Boston College 17 The Wolfpack stay in the hunt in the ACC after winning a close one.
No.25 UTSA 45 Rice 14 The Roadrunners are a good team that no one has heard of.
