Free Picks: NCAA College Basketball Best Bets and Money Line Selections 1/18/22

Moving on to Tuesday after another good day of College Hoops. Thanks to the Princeton Tigers, we cashed another Best Bet as the Tigers won 74-64 over the Penn Quakers.That raised our Best Bet of the Day record to 17-6, and we hope to stay focused today. The Money Line was decent as we hit 7 out of 10 picks and our record improved to 86-29 in that category. There is a full slate of games tonight and hitting winners tonight is going to be very difficult. Let’s see if we can keep the streak rolling.

Papa Dudes Best Bet for College Basketball Today

Iona 14-3 (-3) at Monmouth 10-5: This is a game between two teams from the MAAC that are relatively obscure, except for the fact that Iona is coached by Rick Pitino. Whatever your opinion of him is, the truth remains he is a great coach. Tonight he brings the Gaels, (a Gael is a person of Irish descent), into Monmouth, and they are only three point favorites. I will admit I didn’t know anything about the Monmouth Hawks until I researched them for this prediction. Other than the fact they are at home, I just don’t see any reason to pick against the Gaels in this one. Anytime a game seems too good to be true, it causes me some concern, but I’m going to keep the faith in Iona.
