This is a matchup between two teams that met three weeks ago and the Chiefs demolished Pittsburgh 36-10. Most people are anticipating more of the same. The Steelers are to be commended for being in the playoffs. It is a tribute to their organization, coaching, and players that they are here because this is not a good team. Meanwhile, the Chiefs are the favorite to come out of the AFC playoffs and make it to their 3rd straight Super Bowl appearance. Let’s see if there is anything worth betting.

But, they are down a little bit from where they have been. Patrick Mahomes is having a great year, and it is kind of stupid to criticize him, but he has been human more this year than in the past. They might not have Tyreek Hill in this game and that could be an issue. The Pittsburgh defense has struggled stopping the run which is very unusual for a Steelers team. They put up very little resistance in the meeting three weeks ago and it will be interesting to see if they can play better. I’m taking Kansas City OVER 30.5 Total Team Points

Pittsburgh: 16.5 Total Team Points The Steelers’ offense has been up and down all year and are averaging 20 points per game. They have scored over 17 points or more in twelve of their seventeen previous games. Ben Roethlisberger has taken a lot of heat for their lack of production, but he has thrown for 3,740 yards and 22 touchdowns. In the past weeks, Najee Harris has emerged as a capable running back and has 1,200 yards rushing. I like Pittsburgh OVER 16.5 points.
