POINT SPREAD: Tampa Bay is an 11-point favorite Logic says that Tampa Bay should come out with fire in their eyes and snap this two-game losing streak. They are coming off a 29-19 loss last week, where Washington ran out the last eleven minutes of the clock. That is an embarrassment for sure.
