Free Pick: Green Bay (8-2) at Minnesota (4-5) 11/21/21

Believe it or not, the Vikings still have a slim chance to make the playoffs as a wild-card. The only team fighting for the two wild-card playoff spots with winning records are the Rams at 7-3 and the Saints at 5-4. A win over the Packers will propel Minnesota in to the hunt. Let’s break this game down.

TOTAL TEAM POINTS:

Green Bay: 24.5 Total Team Points The Packers have only scored 25 points in four games this season. They are 8-2 but it is not because of the great Aaron Rodgers and a productive offense. They are averaging 339 total yards per game and only 22 points. I think you know where I’m going with this. If the Vikings don’t turn the ball over and give them easy points, I’m taking Green Bay UNDER 24.5 Total Team Points

Minnesota 23.5 Total Team Points The Minnesota offense has been playing better the last four games. Quarterback, Kirk Cousins, is criticized a lot, but he is completing 68% of his passes and has thrown 18 touchdown passes and only 2 interceptions. Those are pretty damn good stats. Green Bay has a great defense and has only given up 24 points in two games this year and none in the last seven. I like Minnesota UNDER 23.5 points.

OVER/UNDER 49 Total Combined Team Points Since I took the under for both teams total points, I’ll stay consistent and go UNDER 49 points.

POINT SPREAD: Green Bay is a 2.5-point favorite This is one of those lines that is a simple bet. If you like Green Bay take them, because they are likely to cover. I think the Vikings have a great chance to win this game and won’t be surprised if they do.

PAPA DUDES PICK: Green Bay UNDER 24.5 team points

AARON’S PICK: Green Bay -2.5
