Free NHL Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays For 3/18/22

After a great Wednesday of betting, we came back to earth yesterday as the upsets returned to the NHL.

Our Best Bet crashed and burned, ending our 10-day winning streak, as Vegas woke up and thumped the Panthers 5-3. That lowered our Best Bet of the Day record to 19-13 since the All-Star Break.

We hit the upset special for the 4th night in a row and turned a nice profit thanks to the Flyers win over Nashville.

We went 6-4 betting the MoneyLine and our overall record is 120-78 since the All-Star break.

There are 6 games on the schedule as we finish up the work week and head into the weekend. Let’s try and get back on track.

*PAPA DUDES BEST BET OF THE DAY* Washington at Carolina: This is the game of the night and it’s a potential great one between these two good teams. The Capitals have had the Hurricanes number and have won both games between the two teams this year. Both teams are coming off games last night and both were on the road. The Hurricanes lost a toughie in Toronto and they are very good in the second game of a back-to-back. This is a true toss-up and I will probably use Washington in a parlay but I’m picking the home team on the MoneyLine. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Bet the MoneyLine on Carolina -150

*PAPA DUDES UPSET SPECIAL*Boston at Winnipeg: The Bruins come into Manitoba off a 4-2 loss in Minnesota and this will finish up a 3-game road trip against teams from the Central Division. The Jets have closed to within 5 points of the Stars for the final playoff spot and are playing some of their best hockey of the season. They are coming off wins over the Blues and Vegas, which are both playoff teams, and they play well at home. It might be worth a shot at playing the home team in this one. PAPA DUDES PICK: Winnipeg
