Free NHL Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays For 2/26/22

Finally some stability has crept back into the NHL and we are starting to pick some winners. Hockey can be a bitch sometimes because there are so many things that affect the outcome of a game. If you come out with a winning margin, you are doing well.

We hit the Best Bet of the Day as the Kings continued their good play and beat the Ducks in Anaheim. That puts us above the .500 mark with a record of 5-4.

We hit 4 out of 6 betting the MoneyLine. Our overall record is at 36-25.

Today and tonight is loaded with some tough matchups to predict and this is going to be a challenge, but it is a good betting night for sure.

*PAPA DUDES BEST BET OF THE DAY* New York Rangers at Pittsburgh: This is a pick-em type game and there is some betting value here. These two teams are safely in the playoffs and playing for the highest seed they can get. The Rangers are coming off an impressive performance against the Capitals while the Pens were embarrassed by the Devils. I think it’s worth a shot to take the Rangers tom keep winning. Tampa Bay at Nashville: This game will be played outside at Nissan Stadium and there will be a huge crowd in Nashville. Tampa is one of the best teams in the league and they will be a handful for the Predators. This will be a fun game to watch. I’m going with the Lightning but it is worth a shot on Nashville in a parlay. PAPA DUDES PICK: Nashville

Boston at San Jose: The Bruins aren’t hitting on all cylinders at the moment and their is some play in picking an upset from San Jose. They aren’t terrible and they won Thursday breaking a long losing streak. But, unless I include them in some sort of parlay, I’m sticking with Boston. PAPA DUDES PICK: Boston

Montreal at Ottawa: The Canadiens are on a rare 2-game winning streak and have won 3 out of 5. They have a shot over the Senators with a chance at making some money if you pick the upset. However, Ottawa has been playing better as well, and I think they can win this one. PAPA DUDES PICK: Ottawa

Colorado at Vegas: The Avalanche spotted the Jets a 3-0 lead last night before storming back to claim a 6-3 victory. Meanwhile, Vegas lost 3-1 in Arizona against the struggling Coyotes. The Knights are trending downward and there is nothing negative to say about Colorado. PAPA DUDES PICK: Bet the MoneyLine on Colorado -160

Minnesota at Calgary: Good matchup between these two teams who are both coming off losses. Tough to choose but I’m going with home-ice advantage. PAPA DUDES PICK: Bet the MoneyLine on Calgary -150
