Dallas 26-19-2 at Chicago 18-25-7: The Stars are currently in 5th place in the Central division and are fighting for a playoff spot. They need every win they can get and need to win against the Hawks. Chicago played last night and gave up seven goals to Columbus in a losing effort on home ice. Los Angeles 24-17-7 at Las Vegas 28-18-3: This is an important game involving two teams battling for playoff spots in the Pacific division. The Kings currently are sitting in the 4th and final playoff in the division, but have three other teams nipping at their heels. They need every win they can get, and if they could go into Vegas and pull off a victory, that would be a huge boost. Meanwhile, the Golden Knights have been struggling of late, and they are looking to get back on track. They have surrendered first place to the red-hot Calgary Flames and they sit in 2nd place in the Pacific. But their playoff spot is anything but secure. This is a big game for both teams.
