We had a good night last night and hopefully got back on a strong winning track.

We have been struggling with our Best Bets and we picked Miami to cover a 2-pt. spread over Louisville and they came through to break us out of a funk. Our Best Bet of the Day record now stands at 34-25.

After a subpar Tuesday, betting the MoneyLine improved and we went 12-2 for the night. Our record now stands at 423-98 (81%) for 2022.

Papa Dudes Best Bet for College Basketball Today

Oral Roberts 17-8 at North Dakota State 19-8 (-1.5): This is a big game in the Summit Conference for two good teams. Both teams are playing well and this should be a great game. The Bison usually have a good crowd and I think they ride out the energy from the home court and cover a small spread. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: North Dakota State -1.5

GAMES INVOLVING TOP-25 TEAMS:

Austin Peay 10-14 at #21 Murray State 24-2 (-18.5): The Racers come into this game ranked #21 and riding high with 24 wins. They should have very little trouble winning this game against Austin Peay and the question becomes is whether or not they will cover a large spread. In front of what should be a raucous home crowd, I’m sticking with them. PAPA DUDES PICK: Murray State -18.5

Oregon State 3-20 at #3 Arizona 22-2 (-25): The Wildcats are playing extremely well and are playing their way into a #1 seed in the upcoming NCAA tournament. They should have no trouble winning this game against a bad Oregon State team that seems to be playing out the string to a forgettable season. The only question will be if they can cover a big spread. They might, but those kind of spreads are always tough to hit. PAPA DUDES PICK: Oregon State +25

UCF 15-8 at #14 Houston 20-4 (-14): The Cougars are in rare two game losing streak as they take on the Knights at home. They have been humbled and are ready for a bust out game. The problem is they are taking on a decent team and the spread is pretty wide. I think Houston wins but can they cover? PAPA DUDES PICK: UCF +14

Washington State 14-10 AT #13 UCLA 17-5 (-9.5): The Cougars have lost their last three games as they come into LA to tackle UCLA and USC. The Bruins lost to USC in their last outing and they have been so-so as of late. The line is doable and I’m sticking with UCLA. PAPA DUDES PICK: UCLA -9.5

Washington 13-10 at #17 USC 21-4 (-10): The Trojans are coming off a huge win over cross-town rival UCLA and are definitely the best team in this Pac-12 matchup. The Huskies are up and down but the talent between the two favors USC. However, there are games where USC wins but can’t seem to win impressively. They struggle to score points against opponents they should beat easily. This is just a hunch, but I’m taking Washington and the points. PAPA DUDES PICK: Washington -10
