Free NCAA College Basketball Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays For 2/11/22

The Top-25 teams added another victim in the loss column, as Michigan played up to their talent, and demolished #3 Purdue in Ann Arbor. That makes 11 out of 25 ranked teams that have lost this week, showing us how much parity there is across the country. And it makes betting this crazy sport a challenge and sometimes maddening.

We had an easy cash on our Best Bet last night as Washington thumped Arizona State to cover a bettable 1.5-point spread. You have to take advantage of those opportunities and we did. That improved our Best Bet of the Day record to 32-19 in 2022.

We went an excellent 13-2 betting the Money Line and our record is 349-78 (82%) in that category.

In the Dudes newest feature we went 3-3 betting the spread on games involving Top-25 teams and we are 24-17 in that category.. Time to get back on the horse and get after it again tonight.

Papa Dudes Best Bet for College Basketball Today

St.Bonaventure 13-7 at St.Louis 17-6 (-5): The Billikens come into this one having won six in a row, including a 72-61 thumping of Dayton earlier this week. They are 12-3 at home and this is a huge game as they are fighting for an NCAA tournament bid. The Bonnies are fully capable of coming in here and pulling off the upset if the locals don’t play well. The spread is a little too high for my liking, but at the same time it is about where it should be. I like the Bills in this spot. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: St.Louis -5

GAMES INVOLVING TOP-25 TEAMS:

#24 UConn 16-6 at #25 Xavier 16-7 (-1.5: Talk about toss-up games; this one is the definition. Both teams are fighting for a NCAA tournament bid, and while both are on solid ground, it isn’t a cinch for either one of them. So, each win against a ranked opponent solidifies their standing. UConn comes into this game after an excellent win over Marquette earlier this week, so they have momentum. Meanwhile, Xavier has been sputtering, losing their last two, and four out of their last six. I love these short spreads because, basically, you don’t have to worry about covering. Strictly going on two things here: #1 Xavier is more desperate, and #2 they are at home. PAPA DUDES PICK: Xavier -1.5
