Papa Dudes Best Bet for College Basketball Today

Michigan State 17-4 (-2) at Rutgers 12-9: The Spartans are a better team than Rutgers and if they are ready to play, they should handle them in this one.They are a half game behind Illinois in the Big Ten and this a game they need to win. The spread is definitely less than I thought it would be and I am all over this one.

PAPA DUDES PICK: Michigan State -2

Mississippi State 14-7 at Arkansas 17-5 (-5): The Bulldogs are not very good on the road and they are 0-4 in conference games away from Starkville. They are heading into Fayetteville, and taking on a red-hot Razorbacks’ team that has won 7-games in a row, as they begin a tough stretch of games. I think Arkansas keeps on rolling.

Kansas State 11-10 at TCU 15-4 (-4.5): If TCU is ready to play they should cover this spread against a tough K-State bunch that always plays hard.

SMU 16-4 at Wichita State 11-8 (-1): The Mustangs are dogs on the road against a Wichita State team that has a tendency to lose close games. Might be worth a shot to throw some money on the Ponies.and Fresno State is a tough place to play. If the Bulldogs show up and are ready to play they should cover this one.

#19 USC 19-3 at #7 Arizona 17-2 (-10.5): I’m thinking that line might be a little too high. The Wildcats are coming off an emotional win over UCLA and they might not play quite as well against a damn good bunch of Trojans.
