Free NBA Western Conference Playoffs Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 5/12/22

Tell me what that was last night in Memphis and why are the Grizzlies suddenly so much better without Ja Marant? Golden State went into Memphis with a chance to close out the Grizzlies and head to the Western Conference finals. Instead, they are limping back home for a Game 6, with a bunch of question marks, after a 134-95 beatdown. And there is Boston, who had Milwaukee in a choke hold and let them off the hook losing at home 110-107. That wasn’t a big surprise, but it was a demoralizing loss for the Celtics. The action continues tonight with two more exciting contests as Miami and Phoenix will try to win their way to the Conference finals.

We missed our Best Bet yesterday, after the Grizzlies demolished the Warriors.. Our Best Bet of the Day now stands at 95-48 in 2022.

We went 0-2 betting the MoneyLine and our overall record stands at 478-232 since Jan.1st.

We did make a profit on betting Milwaukee and the points against the Celtics so all was not lost, but our hot streak came to an end.

Let’s see if we can get back on track tonight as we analyze Game 6 of the Phoenix-Dallas series.

Phoenix (-2) at Dallas: Phoenix leads the series 3-2: No one has been able to win on the other’s home floor and the Mavericks hope that trend continues tonight in Game 6. Dallas has played very well in Texas and haven’t done much at all in Phoenix. They are coming off a 110-80 meltdown in the desert in Game 5 in a game where they only had two players bother to show up. Luka Doncic and Jalen Brunson combined for 49 points and went 19-40 from the field. The rest of the team scored 31 points shooting a combined 8-31. But, that has been the way this series has played out. Dallas has received good performances from their role players at home and they need to happen again tonight. Meanwhile, Phoenix was able to win Game 6 without a dominant offensive explosion. They shot a, good but not great, 49% from the field and only hit 12 of 32 3-point attempts. Devin Booker led the way with 28 points and Deandre Ayton chipped in an additional 21 as well. Chris Paul had 10 assists but only scored 8 points as his offensive production continues to be down. It is very tempting to pick Dallas to win this one tonight and I won’t be surprised at all if they do. But, Phoenix smells blood and they are wanting to end this tonight. I think they come up big and get the job done. PAPA DUDES PICK: Phoenix -2
