Free NBA Picks, Best, Bets and Parlays for 4/10/22

We head into the final day of the NBA season with still some playoff seeding to be settled. Today will be almost impossible to figure out and get right, especially in games involving teams with nothing to play for. Go easy on your betting for sure.

We cashed the Best Bet as Golden State won at San Antonio. That raised our Best Bet of the Day record to 69-33 since Jan. 1st.

We were an average 4-0 betting the MoneyLine, and our overall record now stands at 422-210 for 2022.

There are 15 games on the schedule for tonight and there will be some surprises for sure as these games continue to be very unpredictable. I won’t spend much at all for today.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

PLAYOFF STANDINGS AS OF 4/10/22:

#1 Miami 53-28- They will be the #1 seed in the Eastern conference playoffs. They wrap up the season at Orlando.
#2 Milwaukee 51-30- The Bucks are champions of the Central division and are currently the #2 seed. If they win at Cleveland they will stay there. If they lose they could still fall to 3rd if Boston wins.
#3. Boston 50-31- The Celtics are battling for the Atlantic division lead with the 76ers. The Celtics could finish 2nd with a win at Memphis and a Milwaukee loss. If Philly wins and they lose they could fall to 4th.
#4. Philadelphia 50-31- The Sixers and Celtics are in a battle for the Atlantic division lead. Philly ends the season at home against Indiana and they need to win and hopoe Boston loses to finish as high as 3rd.
#5. Toronto 48-33- Toronto is currently the #5 seed. Tha Raptors finish the season at New York against the Knicks.
#6. Chicago 45-36- The slumping Bulls will be the #6 seed in the East. Their last game will be on the road with Minnesota.
#7. Brooklyn 43-38– If the Nets can beat the Pacers in their final game they will get the #7 seed and host a Play-In game. If they lose a whole bunch of scenarios could happen and it is possible they could fall to 9th.
#8. Cleveland 43-38– The Cavs in the season at home against the Bucks and they could end up anywhere from 7th to 10th.
#9. Atlanta 42-39- The Hawks finish the season in Houston against the lowly Rockets. If they win they could move up to 8th. If they lose they could fall to 10th.
#10 Charlotte 42-39- The Hornets end their season at home against the Wizards. They could finish 8th, 9th, or 10th.

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

PLAYOFF STANDINGS AS OF 4/7/22

#1 Phoenix 64-17- They have clinched the #1 seed in the Western conference playoffs. They wrap up the season at home against Sacramento.
#2 Memphis 55-25- The Grizzlies will be the #2 seed. They finish at home against Boston.
#3. Golden State 52-29- The Warriors are currently the #3 seed but they could fall to 4th if they lose at New Orleans and Dallas beats the Spurs.
#4. Dallas 51-30- The Mavs sit at #4 and could still finish 3rd. They need a Warriors loss and a win over San Antonio.
#5. Utah 48-33- The Jazz are in 5th and they need a win at Portland and they stay where they are because they have the tiebreaker over Denver.
#6. Denver 48-33- They can still finish 5th if they beat the Lakers at home and Utah loses at Portland.
#7. Minnesota 46-35- Denver’s win assured the T-Wolves of the 7th seed and a home game against the Clippers in the Play-In round. They finish with a home game against Chicago.
#8. LA Clippers 41-40- They will be the #8 seed. They finish the season at home against Oklahoma City.
#9. New Orleans 36-45- The Pelicans are the 9th seed and will host the Spurs in a Play-In game.
#10 San Antonio 34-47- The Spurs are the #10 seed and will play at New Orleans in a Play-In game.

Papa Dudes Best Bets for the NBA Today

Golden State 52-29 (-5) at New Orleans 34-46: The Warriors need this game to finish as the #3 seed in the West. New Orleans is already locked in as a 9 seed so this game means very little to them. I think this line is pretty low and I think the Warriors are the better team and have more to play for. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Golden State -5

*PAPA DUDES UPSET SPECIAL* Milwaukee 50-31 at Cleveland (-7.5): I must be missing something here. Milwaukee still needs a win to capture the #2 seed in the East so they should be motivated. Meanwhile, Cleveland has been a terrible team down the stretch. I just don’t buy into the idea that Milwaukee will rest players in this game. I’m going with the Bucks all day long.
