Free NBA Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays For 2/13/22

The less said about Saturday’s betting, the better, as nothing went right. But betting the NBA can do that to you and you have to climb back on the horse the next day and shake it off.

We went with Toronto over Denver as our Best Bet and the Raptors lost a tough one, 110-109, to the Denver Nuggets. That dropped our Best Bet of the Day record to 34-18.

Betting the MoneyLine was mediocre and we ended up going 6-5 to drop our overall record to 184-83 for 2022.

Because it is Super Bowl Sunday, there are only 2 games on the schedule for today. Let’s take a look at both of them.

Papa Dudes Best Bet for the NBA Today

Atlanta 26-29 at Boston 32-25 (-6.5): The Hawks are a team that drives me crazy. They are so inconsistent and impossible to get a read on. Defensively, they are terrible at times and you just never know what you are going to get from them. Meanwhile, the Celtics have won 7 straight and are playing very well going into this game. All of the signs point to a Boston win and a cover. But, these are the kinds of NBA games that don’t come out like you think they will. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Boston -6.5

The Other Game on the Schedule:

Minnesota 29-27 (-9) at Indiana 19-38: The Pacers have lost 5 straight which worries me as far as picking against them. Even though they are 19 games under .500, they still are fully capable of beating a team like Minnesota. The Timberwolves are at the end of a four game road trip and might be looking forward to getting home instead of playing basketball. They aren’t very reliable either. I would never bet this game because these two teams can’t be trusted but since I have to take a side I’ll go with Indiana +9
