NBA Free NBA Eastern Conference Playoff Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 5/25/22 May 25, 2022 Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports NBA Free NBA Eastern Conference Playoff Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 5/25/22 May 25, 2022 By: Mike Halterman email Share: share on facebook share on twitter share on linkedin email this article The Dallas Mavericks dug down deep last night and staved off elimination for another day or two with an impressive 119-109 win over the Warriors. That was a great effort and it gives them a glimmer of hope as they head back to San Francisco for Game 5. Tonight is Game 5 of the crazy, unpredictable Boston-MIami series. I have no idea how to dissect that game. But let’s give it a shot.We missed the Best Bet last night as we picked the Warriors to finish off Dallas. Our Best Bet of the Day record now stands at 101-55 in 2022.We went 0-1 betting the MoneyLine and our overall record stands at 485-239 since Jan.1st.Let’s look at what Vegas thinks about Game 4 in the Boston-Miami matchup for tonight.*PAPA DUDES BEST BET OF THE DAY* Boston (-2) at Miami: The series is tied at 2-2: I’ll say upfront that I have no idea how to judge this series between these two teams. The only thing predictable is how unpredictable this matchup has been. Boston comes into this one off a dominating 102-82 win in Game 4. They held the Heat to 52 points through 3 quarters and the question is, how much was good defense and how much was horrible shooting form the Heat? Miami shot an amazingly low 30% on regular 2-point field goal shots. The Heat’s starting lineup scored a total of 18 points which is another astounding stat. One thing I’ve learned from betting professional sports; when a team has an embarrassing loss, they have a tendency to forget it instantly and bounce back with a vengeance in the next game. The Celtics have been unpredictable as well. After blowing out the Heat in Game 2 to even the series at 1-1, they returned home in front of a raucous crowd, and were thrashed 39-18 in the first quarter of Game 3. They never recovered and Miami was able to hold on for the win. So, what team is going to show up, for both teams. That is our dilemma as we bet this game tonight. I’ve been looking for a close game to develop and maybe we will get it tonight. The winner of this game will definitely have the leg up to head to the NBA Finals. I like Miami to prevail on the home court but it is a game that is dicey to bet. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Miami +2 2-GAME PARLAY:We are playing the NBA game and a hockey game in this parlay.Leg 1: Boston (-2) at Miami: Bet the Moneyline on Miami -110 Leg 2: Boston at Miami: Bet OVER 202.5 points Leg 3: St.Louis at Colorado: Bet Colorado -1.5 Bet $10 for a Payout of $62.16
