Free NBA Eastern Conference Playoff Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 4/24/22

Last night was a tough night for us and our NBA wagers. We were on the wrong side of all four games, that went down to the wire, and could have gone my way just as easily. We have four games on the schedule for today as well; 2 in the East and 2 in West.

We lost our 2 Best Bets yesterday as the 76ers failed to close out the Toronto series and Memphis lost to a stubborn bunch of Timberwolves. Our Best Bet of the Day record now stands at 83-40 in 2022.

We went 0-4 betting the MoneyLine lowering the overall record to 451-226 since Jan.1st.

So, after that dismal performance, I sincerely apologize to anyone who took my suggestions yesterday. Let’s check out the two Eastern conference games for tonight, and see if we can get lucky in our betting for today.

*PAPA DUDES BEST BET* Miami (-2) at Atlanta Miami leads the series 2-1: Atlanta pulled out a big win in game 3, and if they can repeat that today we suddenly have a series. The Heat have to be kicking themselves for blowing a 14-point lead in the 4th quarter. They shot 45 3-pointers which seems like a huge amount and I’m going to assume they are going to take it inside against the Hawks today. Miami is also beat up and have several players nursing injuries, but that is nothing new for this team. On the other hand, the Hawks have a ton of momentum and have to feeling good about their comeback win. They also are at home where they have posted a 21-3 record in their last 24 games. The stars seemed to be aligned in the Hawks’ favor, but I’m sticking with the better team to pull out a close win today. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Atlanta -2

Milwaukee (-4) at Chicago Milwaukee leads the series 2-1: Game 3 presented a golden opportunity for Chicago to put the defending champions in some serious trouble. The Bulls were coming off a big win in Milwaukee, had the home court advantage, and the Bucks were without Khris Middleton. So, naturally the Bulls laid an egg and Milwaukee blew them out. This was the Milwaukee team we expected to see, and quite frankly, the same can be said for the Bulls. But, I’m having trouble giving up on the Bulls and I’m struggling with this game. I’m thinking Chicago is going to come out on fire and bring a great effort. I’m going to stick with the Bucks, but I don’t feel good about it. PAPA DUDES PICK: Bucks -4.5
