• #3 KANSAS : The Jayhawks bounced back from the ugly loss to Kentucky with wins over ranked Iowa State and Baylor.
• #4 TEXAS TECH: Two big wins for the Red Raiders. Are they the 2nd best team in the ultra-tough Big 12?
• #5 ILLINOIS: The Illini just keep winning and staying at the top of the Big-10.

• TOP 5 LOSERS OF THE WEEK:
• #1 UCLA: The Bruins started the week at #3 and lost at #7 Arizona (nothing wrong about that) and to a 6-win Arizona State.
• #2 LSU: The Tigers were once 15-1 and on a roll. Since then, they have lost 6 out of 7 and are on a freefall.
• #3 IOWA STATE: The Cyclones won their first 12 games, but after losing 2 last week, they are 4-7 in their last 11 games.
• #4 UCONN: The Huskies took a tumble losing to Creighton at Home and at Villanova on Saturday.
• #5 MIAMI : They started the week at 16-5 and looked like a lock for the Big Dance. But a home loss to Notre Dame and a poor showing at Virginia leaves them some work left to do.
