Dudes Who Bet Sports Top 25 After Week 9

We are entering the most exciting and unpredictable month in the college football season. This is where we find out who has got what it takes, and who doesn’t. The cream will rise to the top in the next month. In week 9, we had three more undefeated teams go down, leaving us with only six left with an unblemished record. At this point, there is still only one team that is standing out from all the rest, and that would be the Georgia Bulldogs. It’s only going to get better as each week unfolds. Let’s see the updated Top-25.

NO.1 GEORGIA 8-0: Another hurdle cleared for the Bulldogs. Is their defense the best ever? This Week: Missouri

NO.2 ALABAMA 7-1: Alabama comes back from a week off and continues their quest to win the West. This Week: LSU

NO.3 CINCINNATI 8-0: The Bearcats aren’t flashy, but the bottom line is, they keep winning. This Week: Tulsa

NO.4 OHIO STATE 7-1: They survived a gutty challenge from Penn State and moved up to No.4. This Week: at Nebraska

NO.5. OKLAHOMA 9-0: The season comes down to the last three games for this schizophrenic bunch. This Week: Idle

NO.6 MICHIGAN STATE 8-0: We still aren’t totally sold on the Spartans but you have to admire what they are doing. This Week: at Purdue

NO.7 MICHIGAN 7-1: We aren’t dropping them too much after their gut-wrenching loss. This Week: Indiana

NO.8 NOTRE DAME 7-1: Another fairly unimpressive win, but a win nevertheless. This Week: Navy

NO.9 OREGON 7-1: Probably the best team in the Pac-12 but does that mean anything? This Week: at Washington

NO.10 AUBURN 6-2: The Tigers jump up to the Top-10 for the first time this year. This Week: at Texas A&M

NO.11 OKLAHOMA STATE 7-1: They might be the best team in Oklahoma. This Week: at West Virginia

NO.12 TEXAS A&M 6-2: They jump up 3 spots and didn’t even play. This Week: Auburn

NO.13 MISSISSIPPI 6-2: Probably should drop farther in the poll but everyone else lost too. This Week: Liberty

NO.14 WAKE FOREST 8-0: Ok, they probably aren’t this good, but they are undefeated and a bunch of others aren’t This Week: at North Carolina

NO.15 BAYLOR 7-1: Quite frankly, they should be ranked higher than this. This Week: at TCU

NO.16 HOUSTON 7-1: They make their debut into the poll after their wild win over SMU. This Week: at South Florida

NO.17 BYU 7-2: The Cougars get back into the poll and this time they should remain in the Top-25. This Week: Idaho State

NO.18 SMU 7-1: The Mustangs suffered a crushing defeat and probably ruined their season. This Week: at Memphis

NO.19 KENTUCKY 6-2: Are the Wildcats starting a freefall out if the poll? This Week: Tennessee

NO.20 IOWA 6-2: Their offense is in the ICU and the Hawkeyes are fading fast. This Week: at Northwestern

NO.21 FRESNO STATE 7-2: The Bulldogs enter the Top-25 after taking down the undefeated Aztecs. This Week: Boise State

NO.22 SAN DIEGO STATE 7-1: Tough loss last week. Dangerous game on Saturday. This Week: at Hawaii

NO.23 UTSA 8-0: This is my favorite Top-25 team. The Roadrunners keep winning. This Week: at UTEP

NO.24 LOUISIANA 7-1: LSU is no longer the best team in Cajun country. Seven straight wins and counting. This Week: Georgia State

NO.25 MINNESOTA: The Gophers have played their way into position to win the Big-10 West. This Week: Illinois

Honorable Mention: NC State 6-2, Pittsburgh 6-2, Penn State 5-3, Coastal Carolina 7-1

Dropping Out of the Poll: Coastal Carolina, Iowa State, Virginia, Penn State, Pittsburgh
