The Dudes had a mediocre 4-6 record last week and we have vowed to do better in another difficult betting week. We were two or three plays from doing much better, but that’s just the way it happens.

Minnesota at Iowa -5: In one of the most unexplainable games from last week, Minnesota, (who was playing well), scored only 6 points at home against Illinois. They roll into Iowa and face another very difficult defense. Their team point total is 14.5 points. Call me stupid, but we’re thinking they can beat that.

NC State at Wake Forest: This should be a great game and there is a lot at stake in this one for both teams. The Deacons are coming off their first loss of the season and need to bounce back and win this one. They are facing a good Wolfpack defense, but no one has slowed their offense down. touchdowns.

Michigan -1.5 at Penn State: This should be an old-fashioned Big-10 slugfest. The weather is iffy and both teams have good defenses. All things point to a low scoring game.

Minnesota at LA Chargers -3: The Vikings are coming off another close loss 34-31 at Baltimore. They also have COVID problems and that has been unsettled. They are coming up against a Chargers team that needs this game desperately, and are pretty good anyway.

New Orleans at Tennessee -3: The Titans have been good to us and have won on every bet we’ve made with them. We are riding them until they let us down.

Kansas City -2.5 at Las Vegas: The Raiders have been good on offense at home, and they have had success against the Chiefs defense in the past. These two teams played twice last year and both games were high scoring with a combined 138 points scored between them. We are expecting more of the same.

Seattle at Green Bay -3.5: This is a very intriguing game, featuring a Seattle team that is getting Russell Wilson back from injury, going up against the Packers who have had major distractions caused by Aaron Rodgers.
