Analysis: Yet another week for McCraken at number one!  It’s becoming more and more clear that the injury forcing him to miss the Tampa Bay Derby was very minor.  His two recent workouts have been super, and trainer Ian Wilkes stated that missing the Tampa Bay Derby could have been a “blessing in disguise.”  The Bluegrass Stakes on April 8th will be his next start.
