Analysis: Strong showing in the Sam F Davis Stakes, which was his first stakes race. The pace set up well for a closer, and he did get a solid trip in the race. Also, he was making up ground on our number one horse, and the race was strong enough for him to warrant our attention. We’ll see if he can do it again.
