Analysis: Perhaps I should rank him higher after his Louisiana Derby romp, but I just wasn’t overly impressed with the final time or the way he finished up on his wrong lead. He certainly could move up if other prep races disappoint me over the next three weeks, but as of now I feel like I’ve ranked him in the right spot. Still could be improving though, and the Kentucky Derby will be his third race off of a layoff so that is a big positive.
